Terms & Conditions
1. Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to all orders placed through the Nuvara Jewellery online shop. Your contracting party is Nuvara Jewellery, ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-001 Warszawa, Poland ("we"). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. You can review and correct all entries before submitting your order. By clicking "Buy now — pay securely" you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your bag. We confirm receipt of the order by email; the contract is concluded with this order confirmation, which is sent once the payment has been completed.
3. Contract language and storage of the contract text
The contract language is English (or German, if you order on the German version of the shop). We store the contract text. You receive the order data and these terms by email and can view your order at any time via the link in your confirmation email or in your customer account.
4. Prices, discounts and shipping costs
All prices are in euro and include the statutory VAT applicable in the destination country. Shipping costs are shown before you place the order and on our Shipping & returns page. Set discounts are applied automatically when all items of a set are in the bag; discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash and only one code can be used per order.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. The available methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, Przelewy24, BLIK) are shown at checkout. Special terms of the respective payment provider may apply (e.g. Klarna). The purchase price is due on ordering.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the member states of the European Union. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, goods are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment; delivery times by country are listed on the shipping page.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, described in our withdrawal policy. You can withdraw online at any time via the "Withdraw from contract" function, which is linked on every page.
9. Warranty (liability for defects)
The statutory warranty rights apply. Normal wear of the plating through everyday use, contact with perfume, cosmetics, chlorine or salt water is not a defect. Please see the care instructions on each product page.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. Otherwise, for slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
11. Gift cards
Nuvara gift cards are multi-purpose vouchers. They are delivered by email after payment, can be redeemed in our online shop over several orders until the balance is used up, and are valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase. Gift cards cannot be paid out in cash. If an order paid (partly) with a gift card is withdrawn or refunded, the amount is credited back to the card.
12. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Poland applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
