All orders ship tracked from our studio in Poland.

• Germany — Standard (DHL, 2–4 business days): €6.90, free from €99 · Express (1–2 business days): €19.90
• Poland — Standard (InPost / DPD, 1–2 business days): €4.90, free from €79 · Express (next business day): €14.90
• Other EU countries — Standard (3–6 business days): €9.90, free from €149 · Express (1–3 business days): €24.90

You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships, and can follow your order on our order tracking page.

30-day returns (voluntary)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging for 30 days from delivery. Use the same online form or email as for a withdrawal; we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods. This voluntary return promise does not limit your statutory rights in any way.

Statutory right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery — most easily online via Withdraw from contract, or by email to yusuf.songur@nuvarajewellery.com. Then send the goods to Nuvara Jewellery, ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-001 Warszawa, Poland. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal (see our withdrawal policy). For hygiene reasons, please return earrings in their original protective packaging.
