Find your perfect fit

Detailed size guides for rings, necklaces, and bracelets — so every Nuvara piece feels made for you.

Find your
ring size

Our rings are available in standard UK letter sizes. Use the guide below to find yours before ordering.

Method 1 — String

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres against a ruler.

Method 2 — Existing Ring

Place a ring that already fits well on a ruler and measure the inner diameter. Match to the diameter column in the table below.

Best Time to Measure

Fingers fluctuate in size throughout the day. Measure in the evening, when fingers are at their largest, for the most accurate fit.

INNER CIRCUMFERENCE DIAMETER

Measure inner diameter or circumference
to determine your ring size

01

Measure your finger

Wrap a strip of paper snugly (not tightly) around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet and measure in millimetres.

02

Find your circumference

The measured length in mm is your finger circumference. Match it to the table below to find your UK ring size.

03

Between two sizes?

Always size up when in doubt. Rings can be resized down more easily than up, and a slightly looser fit is more comfortable day-to-day.

Nuvara Tip

If your knuckle is wider than your finger base, measure both and choose a size between the two measurements for the best fit.

UK Size US Size EU Size Diameter (mm) Circumference
L51 16.5 mm 51.8 mm
M 52 16.9 mm 53.1 mm
N 54 17.3 mm 54.4 mm
O55 17.7 mm 55.6 mm
P56 18.1 mm 56.9 mm
Q58 18.5 mm 58.1 mm

Chain length
guide

Chain length affects how a piece sits and the statement it makes. Use the guide below to choose the right length for your look.

40 cm 45 cm 50 cm 55 cm 60 cm

Approximate drop positions
shown on adult figure

45 cm
Collarbone

The most popular length. Rests just above or at the collarbone — flattering on all necklines and ideal as an everyday piece.

50 cm
Princess

Falls mid-chest. Classic and versatile — works equally well with high necklines and open collars.

55 cm
Matinee

Sits just below the bust. Elegant and elongating — a natural choice for layering or statement pendants.

Layering Guide

For a classic layered look, choose chains that are at least 5 cm apart. Try 45 cm + 50 cm + 60 cm for a three-layer stack that echoes Mesopotamian adornment traditions.

Name Length (cm) Length (inch) Placement Best Worn With
Collarbone 45 cm 18" Collarbone All necklines — most versatile

Finding your
wrist size

A well-fitted bracelet moves freely without sliding off. Use the guide below to measure your wrist and choose the right size.

Step 1

Wrap a soft tape measure or strip of paper around the narrowest part of your wrist, just below the wrist bone.

Step 2

Note the measurement in centimetres. Add 1–2 cm for a comfortable fit, or 2–3 cm if you prefer a looser, stacked style.

Fit Preferences

Snug fit — add 1 cm to your wrist measurement. The bracelet sits close to the skin with minimal movement.

Standard fit — add 1.5–2 cm. The bracelet moves slightly but does not slide over the hand.

Loose / stack fit — add 2.5–3 cm. Ideal for layering multiple bracelets or a relaxed, casual wear style.

Size Wrist (cm) Bracelet Length Fit Typical Wrist
S 15 – 16 cm 17 cm Standard Slim wrist
M 16 – 17 cm 18 cm Standard Average women's wrist
L 17 – 18 cm 19 cm Standard Average men's wrist

✦  If you fall between sizes, we recommend the larger size for a more comfortable everyday fit. Custom lengths available on request.

Many of our chain bracelets include a short extender chain for adjustability. Bangle and cuff styles are fixed — please refer to the individual product description for specific details.

Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where the ends meet, then lay the paper flat against a ruler. This gives you your wrist circumference in centimetres.
