How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — EU orders typically arrive in 3–7 days, international within 7–14 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Nuvaraships worldwide. All orders include tracking, and shipping costs are calculated at the time of order confirmation.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free worldwide shipping is included on all orders over €75. Orders below this threshold have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are carefully prepared before dispatch. Once shipped, tracking information is sent to you by email immediately.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging. Contact us to start the process.
